Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush

Privacy policy

How Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush looks after your information. Effective 16 October 2026.

This policy explains what information Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the choices you have. Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush is a typing game for iOS and Android, available in every region.

You can play Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush as a guest without an account. To put your scores on the online leaderboard you sign in with a Bronoble ID.

Who we are

Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush is made and run by Bronoble Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17078565), registered office 177 Church Road, Haydock, St. Helens, England, WA11 0NB. Bronoble Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here.

For anything about your privacy, email admin@bronoble.com.

What we collect

When you play as a guest:

  • Your scores and settings, kept on your device only. We do not receive them.
  • An answer to a simple age question, so we know whether to treat you as a child or an adult. Only that answer (child or adult) is kept, on your device.
  • Advertising information collected by Google AdMob (see "Advertising" below).
  • Crash reports collected by Google Firebase Crashlytics (see "Crash reports" below).

When you sign in with a Bronoble ID to submit scores online, we also collect:

  • Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code. You do not set a password.
  • Your date of birth, asked once when you create your Bronoble ID, so we can apply the right protections for your age.
  • Your username: a name you choose for yourself, like a gamer tag. It is never your full name or your email address, and it is what other players see.
  • The scores you submit, linked to your username, and when you submitted them.

We do not ask for your real name, your contacts, your photos or your precise location.

How we use it, and our legal reasons

  • To give you your account and put your scores on the leaderboard. In the UK and EU our legal reason is that this is needed to provide the service you asked for (contract).
  • To show adverts, which keep Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush free. Personalised adverts are only shown with your consent, where the law requires it. Non-personalised adverts rely on our legitimate interest in funding the game.
  • To find and fix crashes, relying on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working.
  • To keep the game and accounts secure and to stop cheating or abuse, relying on our legitimate interests.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example answering requests from you or from authorities.

The leaderboard

Scores you submit appear on a public leaderboard with your username. Your email address and date of birth are never shown to other players. If you delete your account, your username and scores are removed from the leaderboard.

Advertising

Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush shows adverts using Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (on iOS only if you allow it), your IP address, approximate location worked out from it, details of your device and app, and how you interact with adverts. Google uses this to show, measure and improve adverts and to prevent fraud.

  • In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised adverts are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the app.
  • On iOS, Apple asks whether Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, the advertising identifier is not used.
  • On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your device settings.
  • For players we treat as children, we ask Google to show only adverts suitable for children and not to personalise them.

Google's own use of this information is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, Google Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report: what went wrong in the code, your device model, operating system and app version, the time, and an identifier for this installation of the app. It does not include your email address or your username. We use it only to fix problems. Google keeps crash reports for 90 days. More at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children

Keyboard Warrior: Typing Rush can be enjoyed by players of all ages.

  • Children can play as guests. A child's scores stay on their device, and adverts shown to them are suitable for children and not personalised.
  • A child under 13, or under the age of digital consent where they live, cannot create a Bronoble ID on their own. A parent or guardian makes their own Bronoble ID and adds the child to it, giving consent. Only then can the child's scores appear on the leaderboard, under a username the parent agrees to.
  • A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see or delete their child's information by emailing admin@bronoble.com.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent's consent. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Who we share it with

  • Microsoft, which provides the Bronoble ID sign-in service and the servers that store accounts and scores for us.
  • Google, for advertising (AdMob) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, letting an advertising partner collect information for personalised adverts can count as "sharing" or a "sale". You can opt out of that through the app's privacy settings or your device's advertising settings, as described above.

Where your information is stored

Bronoble stores accounts and scores in the United Kingdom. Microsoft and Google may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves the UK or the EU, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Your Bronoble ID, username and scores: until you delete your account. We then delete them within 30 days, except anything we must keep by law.
  • Crash reports: 90 days.
  • Advertising information: as set by Google, explained in Google's policies.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Bronoble ID and everything linked to it from the account settings in the app, or by emailing admin@bronoble.com from the email address on the account. Playing as a guest needs no account; uninstalling the app removes the scores kept on your device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • see the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have it corrected if it is wrong;
  • have it deleted;
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
  • take it with you to another service;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not be treated differently for using any of these rights (California and other US states).

To use any of these rights, email admin@bronoble.com. We reply within one month. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Keeping it safe

Information travels encrypted, is stored encrypted, and only the people and systems that need it can reach it. No service can promise perfect security, so tell us at admin@bronoble.com if you think something is wrong.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
